Fulvadi is a deep-fry traditional gujarati farsan (savory snack). It is crispy outside and soft inside.. combination of sour, spicy and sweet taste. Black pepper & coriander seeds enhance the flavour

Mix curd, oil, and soda well. Whisk properly. Add all masala (as listed above).

Add besan and suji to above mixture. Add additional water if required and make a dough.

Cover it and put it aside for 3 hrs. Keep the dough soft enough so that you can rub on the jara.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Add 2 tablespoon hot oil from pan to the dough. Whisk it. Take a fistful of dough and rub it on fulvadi. Press directly over hot oil and fry till red. Fry on medium flame.

Serve it with tea or yogurt.
