Thickly grate carrots. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add carrots and saute for 1 minute. Add sugar and mix well till sugar dissolves.

Add condensed milk and mix. Add green cardamom powder, mix and cook.

Add mava and mix till it melts. Switch off the heat. Add remaining mava and mix lightly. Transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Cut into burfi shape and serve hot and cold.
