Steps

Wash Aloo Properly, peel off their skin and chop them in medium-small size pieces.

Again Wash them properly, so that their starch is released completely.

Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.

When oil gets heated up, add 1 Teaspoon Jeera, 1/2 Teaspoon Sarson & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.

When they start sizzling, add finely chopped green chillies in it with chopped aloo pieces & mix them properly.

Cook them for 2-3 minutes, till their surface is set.

After 2-3 minutes, close the lid & cook them for 4-5 minutes.

After 4-5 minutes, open the lid & check whether aloo are cooked properly or not.

If they are not cooked properly, cook them for 2-3 minutes more.

Now add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.

In the end, add 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.

Your Aloo Jeera are ready to be served.
