This was an instant hit with my kids when I experimented on this one on a lovely, rainy weekend as an evening snack. This was on my mind since a long time and finally gave it a try. And believe me, it was a big hit. My kids widest grins told me that it was a perfect try.

Make a pouring consistency batter with all the ingredients and start making the pancakes right away. Do not cook them on a high heat. Cover and cook for the best results.

And finally top each one of it with Chocolate Sprinklers and cook until done with a lid on.
