In maida, add salt, sugar. Mix it well.

Add all the above ingredients and make a soft dough. Leave it aside for 2hours

After 2 hours, make a ball from dough. Dust it dry maida and roll it in oval shape

Now heat tawa. Apply water on one side of naan so that it stick to tawa.

Flip tawa on direct flame. Cook till it golden brown

Apply butter on naan and serve hot with dal makhni
