Ingredients

15 minutes

  • 4boiled potatoes cut in four pieces
  • Half tsp salt
  • Half tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tspcrushed coriander seeds
  • 4 tbsptamarind pulp
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 4 tbspoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil. Add in red chili powder, crushed coriander seeds and salt.

    Add in tamarind pulp and brown sugar. Mix well.

    Add in boiled potatoes. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and papri or namak paray. Serve.
