Steps

Take a bowl add maida add 2 tbsp cool ghee and mix it with hand crumbly the mixture and keep aside for 3 minutes. On other bowl add 2 tbsp rava and add warm milk abd rest for few minutes

After 30 minutes in the maida add suji milk mixture and knead dough till it gets soft. Knead adding milk as required

Divide the dough into small size Now make small flatten ball and fock it.now take a pan add ghee and heat it.

Fry in low to medium flame till golden brown

Mean while take a pan add 1 cup sugar and 3/4 water and keep it for boiling for 1 string consistency. Off the flame

Stir and fry satta all sides constantly till golden brown. Take it in a plate

Now after 15 to 30 seconds place satta in sugar syrup and take it out in a greased plate or mould and garnish with pistachios and cool down. So here one of sweet Satta or Devda is ready to serve.. store in air tight container enjoy
