Add the rice flour to the hot water and mix well, add a pinch of salt and coconut oil to it and make a soft dough.

In a pan, add the jaggery syrup and boil it to thick consistency add the grated coconut mix well.

Once the jaggery and coconut is well mixed add the crushed cardamom.

Then take the rice dough and start making small balls.fill the balls with coconut mix and place it in a idli vessel and keep it for 20 min under the steam.

Serve hot.
