Pour the milk in a kadai and let it come to boil,let it thicken.

Side by side heat 2 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed kadai and sauté the flour until moisture dries up completely.

Whisk the milk well with a beater to break the cream formed and pour the hot milk to the hot flour
- 4
Mix and cook it on medium flame until it thickens and moisture evaporates.

Add in sugar,cardamom powder and pour 1 tsp ghee. Cook for a few mins.

Garnish the halwa with nuts and enjoy!
