In a wok take water add 1tsp oil,carom seeds and salt.boil it when water is boiling turn the flame low add semolina and stir continuously.when it comes thick and like a dough form then switch off the flame.transfer it in a plate.

Take a pan add two tbsp oil heat it then add onion and green chillies.saute until the onion turn translucent.add kachauri masal mix well.cook for 2 minutes.turn off the flame

Now take the dough knead it to make it smooth.make medium size balls.take one ball flat it on your palm fill some masala and seal the edges.roll it on your palm to give kachauri shape.prepare all kachauri like this.heat oil in kadhai and fry the kachauri in batches on medium to high flame until they turn golden brown. Serve the crispy kachauri with sauce.
