Take a pan add raw mango pees add salt n haldi mix them very well keep aside 24hours nest day dry it on cotton towel imp to know that its skin side is toch to cotton cloth

In another bowl I use patila first layer is then upper side on mustard seed frenguric. Layer because mustard seed is so soft pu pinch hing central part now hit the oil on the flem itstoo hot for achar pour into mixer n cover lid so smell is not comes out n achar becomes flavour full

Now open lid few mini cool it add salt n haldi n lal mirch powder mix again after mango dry mix it into masala n stor into glass jar 1st layer masala upper layer mix aam n masala step by step its procedure last layer is masala keep aside jar next dat pour oil into aachar hit oil n cool it then pour into masala this achar is stored for 1year n.
