Vegetarian Chili
Lot's of veggies and flavorful! Ingredients can be changed and adjusted to taste and availability.
Steps

On med-high heat, in a 6 qt or larger stock pot heat the meatless crumbles until thawed.

Add all raw veggies- peppers, onions, carrot and potato to pot. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add all seasonings- garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper, chili and taco seasoning. Mix together.

Add both beans, tomatoes, and corn. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and let simmer for at least 30 minutes until potato and carrot are soft.
