Steps

Take a Kadahi add oil.

Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger, garlic, green chillies. And soute for 2 minutes.

Now add onions and all spices Salt, red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder mix it and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add potatoes and salt mix it well.

Now add Fenugreek leaves and mix it.

Now cook it untill they are soft.

Now Aloo methi sabji is ready to eat.
