Caramelized Chenna Burfi

Boil half milk and add vinegar and our chenna will get ready.

Now boil rest of the milk and cook at low medium flame till it reduces to 1/3.During half of it cooked add caramelized condensed milk,then again cook.

Now add chenna during this stage and cook it till it gets thick.Add sugar and cardamom powder.Stir it continuously during this stage.

Now grease one plate and spread the mixture and make it smooth and pour some pistachios and press it alittle.And cool down completely for 6 hours.

Now cut it in to slices and serve it.Our yummilicious delicious chenna burfi is ready to serve.Enjoy👌😊
