Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsground beef 85% or 90% lean
  2. 1med onion, finely chopped
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 3garlic cloves, minced
  5. 3 tbspketchup
  6. 3 tbspfresh parsley, finely chopped or dried
  7. 3/4 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  8. 1/3 cupmilk
  9. 1 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  10. 1 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  11. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  12. 1/2 tspground paprika
  13. Meatloaf sauce ingrediants:
  14. 3/4 cupketchup
  15. 1 1/2 tspwhite vinegar
  16. 2 1/2 tbspbrown sugar
  17. 1 tspgarlic powder
  18. 1/2 tsponion powder
  19. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  20. 1/4 tspsalt

  1. 1

    Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Mix well to combine.

  3. 3

    Add meat to the loaf pan, gently press meat down and shape evenly and bake meatloaf at 375˚F for 40 minutes.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together for the sauce. Spread the sauce over meatloaf then return to oven and bake additional 15-20 minutes. Rest meatloaf 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with baking juices from the pan.
