Chop up your spinach and wash it very well grade your red, green pepper and onion not too smooth.

Put some oil in the pan and fry your peppers not too deep pour your spinach and seasonings fried for like 10 mint add your slices onion and tomato keep frying until it's almost done pour your egg and fry until it look just like this

Fry your egg and put on top. Enjoy
