Marinate chicken piece with ginger garlic paste, salt & chicken cube, add 2 cups of water & cook for 10 minutes.

Now shred the chicken & keep aside the chicken stock.

Chopped garlic, French beans & green chilli.

Heat oil in a vessel, add garlic, green chili & French beans stir well.

Add soya sauce, vinegar & salt stirred.

Add chicken stock & a cup of water cook till water boiled.

Now add cornflour paste stir well.

High the flame, when bubbles appear add egg white & stir continuously.

Add shredded chicken & coriander leaves, Serve Hot.
