Heat the ghee in a pan add mota besan and saute in a slow flame continuously till separate the ghee

Meanwhile, add little colour water and saute continuously till change the colour after some time you can feel a good aroma from the laddoo mixture now switch off the flame. The mixture transfer to another dish and cool completely after that add bura sugar.
