Steps

Put gram flour into dry pan and roast it till fragrant and changes it's colour.

Add Desi ghee and cardamom powder. Mix and cook for two minutes.

Now add sugar and water and stir continuously till its thicken.
- 4
When ghee oozes out the gram flour Halwa is ready.
- 5
Decorate with nuts and serve.
