Ingredients

20-30mins
2 serves
  • 250 gmsCauliflower
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 2small sized Bell pepper
  • 1medium sized onion
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  • 2 tspred chilli sauce
  • 1.5 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • to taste Salt

Steps

20-30mins
  1. 1

    Wash and Cut the vegetables like cauliflower into florets, Capsicum medium size and onion in petal size

    Keep all the spices ready

    Now heat the pan and add oil to that add ginger garlic paste and add Cauliflower first saute for about 2-3 minutes and cover the lid again saute for 2-3 minutes the colour seems changed

    Now add onion stir for around 2minutes and then add capsicum

    Now add all the sauces, salt and lastly make a slury from corn flour by adding 1/4 cup of water and pour in the Veggies and mix them well for 2-3 minutes you can see them mixed up with thick and binding gravy

    If you want you can add more water to the Veggies and make with more gravy Manchurian. I have made dry as i wish to have as a starter with my dinner
