  • 1 cupall-purpose flour or atta
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoonsouf,dry fruits
  • as required Refined oil
  • 1 cupsuji

    Mix all above-mentioned items properly and make dough. Use little bit of water.

    Keep aside for rest for ten minutes.

  3. 3

    Shape small balls and press with the palm.

  4. 4

    Fry with refined oil.

  5. 5

    Plate and enjoy.
