  • 1 cupgram flour
  • as requiredCauliflower florets
  • As neededOil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • As neededcoriander leaves
  • 1green chilli
  • 1/3 tsp.dry mango powder
  • 1/3 tsp.cumin powder
  • 1/3 tsp.turmeric powder

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make medium consistency batter of gram flour,salt,red chilli powder,dry mango powder, Corinder leaves,cumin powder with water

    Cut cauliflower into desire shape or cut long thick or thin florets.

    Add cauliflower florets into batter coat and fry in oil till golden brown
