1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cupgram dal
to tasteSalt
1 tspgaram masala
1 tspchilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
3-4 tspcooking oil

In a deep bottom pan heat oil add peanuts and fry until golden brown. Next add gram dal and fry for 2mins. Add poha and fry until golden brown.

Next add salt, garam masala, chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for mins and switch off the heat and serve.
