Boil the maize

Peel the potatoes and wash them

When the maize is ready, add the potatoes and salt to boil

Wash the spinach, blanch and blend

Check if the potatoes and maize are ready with enough salt to taste,pour excess water if any

Add the blended spinach and bind them in together
