Frozen Green Peas
Steps

Shell the peas. Wash the shelled peas under running water.

In a big pot,add water. Bring the water to boil.

Add the peas and bring to boil again. Blanch the peas for just about 2 more minutes.

Drain and wash under cold water. Keep aside to cool completely.
- 5
Once cooled, pack them in freezer bags for use whenever needed.
- 6
Frozen peas are ready to use.
