In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and boiled potatoes. Mix well.

Add salt and black pepper or red pepper to taste, and mix thoroughly.

Take a small bowl of water. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into small balls.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Deep fry the potato balls.

Fry until they turn light golden brown. Remove and place on a plate. Your frozen potato bites are ready. You can store them in the freezer for up to a week and fry them whenever you want to eat.
