I like making liver stew since it simple and it's comes together very fast. I added lemon juice for some tanginess, but you can have it without the lemon.

I like making liver stew since it simple and it's comes together very fast. I added lemon juice for some tanginess, but you can have it without the lemon.
Steps

Wash and drain the liver, remove the membrane and chop into small pieces

On medium heat, put a large cooking pot with the oil.
Add onions and saute until golden brown - 3
Add garlic and ginger and saute for a minute, not let it burn.
Add the blended tomatoes together with all the spices, stir well and let it cook until the tomatoes are properly cooked. - 4
Add the liver and water/stock and mix well. Let it simmer until the liver is cooked to desired softness. Don't let it cook for long, as for liver cook very fast.

Adjust salt to desired taste. Add lemon juice and cilantro.

Enjoy with rice or flat bread 🌹
