Ingredients

  1. 5/6 pcschicken
  2. 100 mlcoconut water
  3. Aromatic
  4. 1lemongrass
  5. 2bay leaves
  6. Turmeric paste
  7. 8Shallots
  8. 5garlic
  9. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  10. 5 cmgalangal/ginger
  11. 2 tspsalt
  12. 1 tspPepper
  13. 1 tspmushroom powder/bouillon
  14. Blend with 2tbsp of oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the pan and then add the paste and aromatic, then, cook it until all of the oil coming out. (if you use water to blend, cook until water reduce and the oil came out)

    Add the chicken combine it with the seasoning, add the coconut water and cook for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Once it's done, turn off the heat and fried the chicken until golden.
