Tomato soup

Chop the tomato, onion and garlic cloves finely..

Then heat butter in a pan..

When the butter melts add the bay leaf and cinnamon to it..

After a minute add the chopped garlic cloves and onions to it..

When onion become pinkish add tomatoes to it..

Then add salt and red chilli to it..

Mix well and cook till tomatoes become mushy..

Once the tomatoes are cooked switch off the flame.. and take out the bay leaf and cinnamon..

When it is cooled down add it to a blending jar add water to it and blend to a very fine paste..

After blending pass it through a sieve.. Add the remaining water to it..

Now heat the filtered portion on low flame.. Keep stirring it..

Cook till it starts boiling.. Meanwhile add 1 teaspoon of refined wheat flour to half cup of water and mix well..

When the soup starts boiling add the slurry to it..

Then add sugar to it..

Cook for 2-3 mins then add black pepper powder to it mix and switch off the flame and your soup is ready..

Garnish it with some spring onions and serve hot..
