Steps

First sieve gramflour & semolina in a bowl together & then add buttermilk in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps & add salt,sugar to it also(The mixture should neither be thick nor thin.).

Now add Eno by avoiding so much mixing of it & add this mixture in pre- greased container & steam it.

After 10 minutes check it with help of toothpick,if it is clean then mixture is cooked, otherwise cook again.

Take a pan & add cooking oil & heat it.Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chillies to it & saute it for a while.

Add this prepared mixture on pre- prepared Dhokla.

Cut into pieces of your choice.It is ready.
