1. In a bowl add flour, baking powder, salt, caster sugar, cocoa powder and coffee powder, mix well. Now add in the oil, vanilla and milk to make a smooth cake batter. Transfer the batter to the baking dish.

2. Now, mix together brown sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Sprinkle it all over the cake batter evenly.

3. Now, take the boiling water, and using the back of the spoon, pour it over the sugar mixture. Use the back of the spoon, so that it drips slowly over the sugar, and you don’t end up pouring all the water at one place.

4. bake the pudding for about 25 mins at 180 degrees. Once baked, when you scoop out the pudding, you will see the chocolate sauce at the bottom.
5. Serve it with your favourite ice-cream, or it tastes equally amazing without it too. - 5
