Firstly pour a ladle full of dosa batter on hot tawa and spread gently.

Summer for a minute. Now add butter, schezwan sauce and pav bhaji masala on it.

Spread it evenly keeping the flame on low. Now add bell peppers and cabbage evenly.

Further add cheddar cheese.

Fold the dosa and cut it into thin strings using pizza cutter or sharp knife.

Serve it topped with more cheddar cheese and spring onion.
