Wash, dry and hull strawberries. (I cut the hulls with a knife so that they sit nicely.) Cut them into two parts.

Whip the cream and put it into a piping bag.

Pipe out the cream onto the bottom parts of the strawberries. Then, put back the top parts of the strawberries as his hat on top of the cream. In other words, sandwich the cream with strawberry parts. Then, pipe out a small amount of whipped cream as his buttons and pompom on his hat.

Put two eyes and done. I used black sesame seeds for their eyes. You could use chia seeds or chocolate pen as well.
