  • 4Amla
  • 1/4grated bottlegourd
  • 1 tbspHoney
  • 1 tbspblack salt

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the amla for 20 minutes. After boiling take out it's juice.

    Now strain out the juice of grated bottlegourd. Pour the juice in a glass and add 4tbsp spoon of amla juice in it.

    Now add honey and black salt.Ready to drink.
