Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupWhole Moong (Sprouted)
  • 5-6garlic cloves
  • as neededOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add oil. Once oil is hot add asfoitida turmeric and chopped garlic. Add washed Sprouted moong, salt and masala

    Add half cup water and cover it and cook it on low flame for another 15 minutes.

    Don't overcook.
