Ingredients

18 muffins
  1. 1 3/4 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking soda
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupcoconut oil
  6. 1/2 cuphoney
  7. 1/4 cupmilk
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract
  9. 2-3mashed bananas
  10. 1/2 cupdark chocolate chunks

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 and grease muffin tin or loaf

  2. 2

    Mix eggs, oil, milk, vanilla, and honey in large bowl

  3. 3

    Add in bananas and dry ingredients

  4. 4

    Fold in chocolate chips

  5. 5

    Scoop into muffin tin until 3/4 full or into loaf pan until 2/3 full. Cook 20 minutes for muffins, 1 hour for bread.

    Serve with a smear of cream cheese 🙂
