Kenyan Potatoes Fritters/Bhajiya

📍Living in another corner of the world 🌎, but my heart always stays in Semarang, my hometown.

If I shared Pakistani food last week, I would like to share the food, which makes us flashback the memories while living in Kenya this time. Kenya is another beautiful country. The people and the beautiful places. Beautiful Masai Mara with the wildlife animals is another exotic for this country. As usual, if the original recipe is using coriander leaves, I replaced it with dill leaves. Potatoes bhajiya is one of the street food in Kenya. It has crunchy outside but soft inside (potato). It is the perfect homemade snack for winter.

My daughter and I don't know what to do, so we make this evening snacks. By the way, she is the one who cooks it. I only tell her what to do 😉.

Happy trying! I hope you will like it...

📍Living in another corner of the world 🌎, but my heart always stays in Semarang, my hometown.
I’m a simple home cook who loves to be grateful for everyday life. I’m not a professional chef just someone who enjoys cooking for my family and friends 🧄🥩🍗🥘🍲🥗🍳For me, cooking is an expression of love and patience. I enjoy trying new ideas, experimenting with flavors, and creating my own recipes. There are no strict rules in my kitchen just explore, taste, and enjoy the process 😉👍🏼I share a mix of Indonesian, Turkish, Asian, and Western-inspired dishes, along with my own fusion creations.#IndonesianFood #FusionCooking #HomeCooking #MyOwnRecipes
