DIY homemade bread crumbs

I used my leftover wholemeal bread a stale bread that was like 3-4 days old & I tried this out in my style it’s super easy & better than canned store brought bread crumbs. Do try & use it in your recipe as needed. 1 cup of homemade breadcrumbs is equivalent to 1/2 cup of store brought breadcrumbs tip to use in your recipes accordingly.

Roughly crush the slices of bread spread it on a plate cover it with some net vessel so that it will get crispier in air keep it overnight

Next day morning just blend it & store it in an air-tight container for about a week in the refrigerator for long time storage you can pop it in the freezer for about 3-4 weeks pretty well.

Tip of the day:- we can also use any leftover bread loaf, Italian bread or any whole meal bread the tip is to use a stale bread store it for about 3-4 days & go for it to prepare the DIY breadcrumbs @ home very useful ingredient for frying & baking all drooling recipes!
