Khatta meetha pumpkin is a side dish. It goes Very wel with rice, roti, paratha Or puri. It is a simple everyday Indian vegetarian dish made using pumpkin.
Steps

First we will cut the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces.

Heat oil in a kadhai and stir fry the pumpkin for 2-3minutesandkeep aside.

In the same kadhai add oil, when the oil heats add dry red chilli, hing, panchphuran, grated ginger, chopped onion and stir fry it.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and tomatoes add fry it a little.

Now put fried pieces of pumpkin,salt and stir it for 2-3 minutes till the pumpki is coated with the spices.

Now add 1 cup water, ambula and cook it for 2-3minutes.

Now add sugar, roated cumin and dry red chilli powder and cook it for 2-3 minutes.

After 3minutes turn off the flame.

Yummy delicious khatta meetha pumpkin is ready to serve.
