Sweet Potato Poori

Sweet Potato is a healthy source of fiber, vitamins & minerals. Today I have prepared falahari poori using this & kuttu flour.But you can prepare these poori with your regular flour also.

Sweet Potato is a healthy source of fiber, vitamins & minerals. Today I have prepared falahari poori using this & kuttu flour.But you can prepare these poori with your regular flour also.
Steps

Take 5 small size sweet potatoes.Wash them & pressure cook them untill 1 whistle.

Now peel them and mash them with a fork.

Add kuttu flour, pinch of salt and mix together dry.Do not add water as sweet potato contains moisture that would be sufficient for the dough.

Now take a Ziploc bag.Grease with a drop of oil.Keep a small size ball uopn that.And press gently with your finger.

Remove one layer of plastic your poori is ready for fry. Do same with others too.

Heat up oil on low to medium flame and deep fry them untill nice & brown colour.

Prepare all pooris with same steps. And serve hot with green chutney and with some fruits.
