Steps

Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.

Cook the bacon pieces in a hot skillet. Place them on a paper towel to remove excess fat.

In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and garlic. Mix well.

Spread the bacon evenly over the pastry. Gently pour the egg mixture over the bacon so it stays in place. Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Serve and enjoy.
