Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • 250 gmAmla/gooseberry
  • 1 1/2 tbspCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tbspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 pinchHing/asafoetida
  • 150 gmJaggery

  1. 1

    Take amla wash it and in pressure cooker cook for 1 vessel and then remove seeds from it and make it into two half.

    Then take a kadhai add oil,cumin,hing,coriander powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and after adding masala add the amla in it and mix well together.

    Then add salt mix it and add little water and let it cook for 5 min then add jaggery in it and mix them all well.

    Cook for 5 min and its ready to eat.
