Take a large bowl add wheat flour, boiled and mashed sweet potatoes,powder sugar,1tsp clarified butter and water mixed all ingredients nicely and make a soft dough like regular chapatis.

Now take a little portion from dough and make a ball. Now take a rolling pin and shape the ball like paratha.

Now heat tawa on low to medium flame and place the paratha onto tawa and fry from both the sides with clarified butter.

When paratha fry from both the sides remove from tawa and serve. Now our SweetPotato Paratha is ready. ENJOY!
