Green onion potato sabzi
Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add zeera and chopped onion of green onion.

After two minutes add ginger farluc paste and fry for a minute.

Add diced potatoes and cook till it becomes soft. Add haldi powder and salt red chilli powder.

Add chopped green onion and cook till 5 minutes in an open pan. Do not over cook.

Can go with roti or paratha
