Steps

Will deseed the peas and discard the shell of it

In a big pan add 4 glass water, salt and sugar. Bring the water to boil.
Add the peas to it - 3
After 2 min you will notice peas started floating

Drain the water

Now add cold water to stop the cooking process.
Keep aside for 3 min to cool completely.
Once cooled - 6
Now drain again water and put matar on cloth for 5 min so water get dry completly

Once cooled, pack them in smaller batches in freezer bags for use whenever needed! I am using zip lock bag

Our frozen peas is ready
