  • as neededCumin seed
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2tspRed chilli powder
  • 2 pinchHaldi powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • as requiredGinger chopped
  • 2potatoes
  • as neededMatar

  1. 1

    Take green onion,tomato,potato and mater chopped

    Take a pan Add oil and cumin seed add green onion.

    After 5 min add tomato and all spices mix well. Then add aloo and mater on low flame leave for 10 min.

    Then veg is ready to eat and serve with chapatti.
