Cut the onions in thin slices. Sprinkle salt. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Wash it with water.

In a mixing bowl add onions, besan and spices. Mix it well. Gradually add water.

Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame deep fry all the pakora till it becomes golden brown and crispy.

Remove it in a kitchen napkin. Serve it with any sauce or chutney.
