Break your eggs in clean bowl, add salt and black papper and whisk together,

Grize a 5 inches Square pan with oil And pour in ur mixture into it, then Steam the egg for 8-15 min, after steaming cut the eggs as shown

For the flour, I have added salt and red chill papper and mix them all together and keep aside, In another bowl break 2 eggs and add some salt to your taste and black paper, then keep aside, then you arrange all your requirements for Frying your egg fingers

Firstly take you egg finger, deep into the flour, followed by Egg and lastly deep into bread crumps and into Veg oil to fry, Till Golden Brown
