Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker by steaming. Cool down for some time. Then press slightly with palm and flatten them. (Originally skin of potatoes should not be removed. If you don't like skin remove it).

In a mixing bowl take all-purpose flour and cornflour. Add salt, chili flakes, and black pepper powder. Mix well. Add the required amount of water and prepare semi thick batter.

Dip flattened potatoes in batter and shallow fry or deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp.

For the creamy sauce:- In a mixing bowl take eggless mayonnaise. Add garlic paste, chopped onion, red chili sauce, black pepper powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Add milk, mix it, and adjust consistency. Prepare flowing consistency sauce.

To serve, place fried potatoes on a plate with some distance. Pour a generous amount of creamy sauce. Sprinkle some chilli flakes. Apply some chopped onion and coriander leaves. Enjoy.
