  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 spoonbesan
  • 1 spoonsugar
  • 1/2 tspdesi ghee

    In a small pan heat ghee put besan and stir till it turns little brown.

    Then add milk and sugar stir continuously and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

    After boiling properly it reduces little. Now transfer this to a cup or glass and drink hot.It is very effective during cold and cough.
